Personal/Social Support

-Your school counselor is here to support your social emotional development. EPASD has a lot of great resources to help students and their families in need.
-Panther Pack: if you/your student receive free or reduced lunch, you are eligible for Panther Pack. This program allows families to pick up extra food/groceries from the district once a week and also can be a big help around the holidays. Here is the link to learn more: https://www.epasd.org/apps/news/article/1460993
-Student Assistance Program (SAP): this program is open to any student who is referred (by a peer, parent, teacher, or staff member). Visit the page for our SAP Program by going to the middle school homepage, hovering over "Our School" on the top left, and selecting "Student Assistance Program" to learn more.
-Your counselors run groups at different times over the years. If you/your child are chosen, an email or permission slip will be sent home to review.
-Our school district utilizes Character Strong for our social emotional learning.
-If you/your child is looking to get involved, visit the district webpage and check out sports offerings under the athletic department. The middle school has band and chorus twice a week during WIN, along with clubs, which are held every other Wednesday during WIN. Other opportunities to get involved are selection and application to our National Junior Honor Society or our Student Council.
