Julie Gomboc-Hellam

Julie Gomboc-Hellam is the Art teacher at the middle school.  Julie started teaching interior design at IUP in 2005, and 2024 is her first year teaching at EPAMS.  She received her Bachelors in Interior Design at IUP, her Masters in Art Education and Masters in American Studies at Penn State, and her PhD in Communications and Education at IUP.

 

Julie says:  "I have many hobbies and interests. My husband and I are always running around with our two active sons (ages 8 and 3). Together, we love being outdoors, Thomas the train, Hersheypark, swimming, and all kinds of sports. I am remarried and my first husband passed from cancer, when my oldest was 23 days old. My family is very important to me! We have a few pets, too!"
