Aimee Downing

Aimee Downing teaches 7th grade Life Science at the Middle School.  She is also the Olympian Team Leader and Science Department Leader.  Aimee has 19 years of teaching experience.  She received her BS in Education from Bloomsburg University in 2004, BS in Biology from Bloomsburg University in 2004, and her M.Ed. in Inquiry-Based Science K-12 from Penn State in 2008.

 

Aimee says:  "I have a husband, who is also a 7th grade teacher at UDASD, and a son, Grayson, who is in 3rd grade at West Creek Hills.  We are an active family who loves to travel, spend time outside, and watch movies together. "
