Good morning Panther Families!
Our yearly required forms and transportation information have been released in Sapphire for the 2022-2023 school year. We encourage you to complete and submit these forms by the first day of school, Monday, August 22nd.
The required forms that need to be competed are:
- District Policies Acknowledgement
- Required Information Update
- Annual Health Update
- Device Policies Acknowledgement
If a change is needed for your student’s transportation, the Transportation Change Request form is available. Please complete this request if needed by Monday, August 15th.
As a reminder, students will once again have to pay for breakfast and lunch for the 2022-2023 school year. Applications for Free and Reduced Meals are available on our district’s website: www.epasd.org. Applications must be completed annually for eligibility.
